How can I make a reservation at Val Vidal campsite?

Reservations can be made by email, through our website or via text message. When sending a reservation request, please include the number of persons, children’s ages, pets (if any), and the type and size of your tent, caravan or campervan.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes. The minimum stay is 7 nights. If you are planning a shorter visit, please contact us and we will try to find a suitable solution whenever possible.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payment is accepted in euros (€) or by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Maestro and Visa.

Is an advance payment required to confirm a reservation?

Yes. To confirm a reservation, an advance payment of €110.00 is required within 5 business days from the offer date.

From this amount:

€100.00 will be deducted from your final bill at checkout
€10.00 is retained as a service fee

If the advance payment is not received within the stated time, the reservation becomes invalid.

Will I receive a reservation confirmation?

Yes. Once the advance payment is received, you will receive an official invoice by email, which also serves as your reservation confirmation. A copy of this confirmation must be presented at check-in.

What happens in case of late arrival?

If your arrival is delayed without prior notice, your reserved pitch will be held until 21:00 on the following day. After that time, the campsite reserves the right to offer the pitch to other guests.

What if I arrive late or leave earlier than planned?

In case of late arrival or early departure, the entire reserved period will be charged, regardless of actual arrival or departure time.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?

Reservation changes are possible up to 60 days before arrival, depending on availability.
Cancellations must be made in writing; cancellations by phone are not accepted.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before arrival, the advance payment of €100.00 will be refunded, minus bank transfer charges.

To process the refund, the following details must be provided in writing:

Full home address
IBAN
SWIFT/BIC
Bank name and address

What if something unexpected happens before my arrival?

We understand that unexpected situations can occur. If this happens, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to find a fair and satisfactory solution.

Yes. Dogs are allowed at Val Vidal campsite.

How many vehicles or units are allowed per pitch?

Each pitch allows one caravan or tent and one vehicle, or one campervan.

Are there any discounts for longer stays?

Yes. For stays of 14 days or longer, a 10% discount is applied to the pitch and person price.
