GENERAL CONDITIONS:

1. Payment is due in € or Credit cards: Master Card, Maestro and Visa.
2. On each camping place/pitch, one caravan/tent and one vehicle, or one campervan can be placed.
3. In case of staying in the campsite for 14 days and longer, the price (Pitch + Person) will be reduced for 10%.
4. Eco Bonus - daily bonus for saving electicity -2€ at the pitches with power conection.
5. Residence tax amounts 1,30€ per person/day in the period 01.04. - 30.09., and 0,80€ in other periods. Children under age 11.99 pay no residence tax. Persons aged between 12 and 17.99 pay 50% residence tax.

  
BOOKING PROCESS

PRE-RESERVATION PROCESS:

1. Please send us all the details regarding your planned stay (number of persons, child age, pets and size and type of the vehicle / tent) and if you have any preferences.
2. Plot reservation is not available for a period shorter than 7 days.
     

RESERVATIONS

1. Reservations can be made by an e-mail, through our website or text message.
2. On receiving a request for reservation, the campsite will make a temporary reservation. To make your reservation valid/fixed, the advance payment has to be paid within 5 business days from the offer date. If the deposit has not been paid in a timely manner, the reservation will be invalid.
3. An advance payment (reservation fee) of 110,00 € is necessary which can be paid via bank transfer and 100,00 € will be refunded from your full bill during check out and 10,00 € is kept as service fee cost.
    

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION

1. After the advance payment is received, the guest will get an official invoice (which is also a reservation confirmation) to the e-mail address.
2. The guest has to have a copy of the reservation confirmation when checking in at the Reception.
3. In case of unannounced late arrival, the reserved accommodation unit will be reserved until 21:00 h on the following day. After that time we reserve the right of further sales.
4. In case of late arrival or early departure, the guest will be invoiced for the entire reserved period.

RESERVATION CHANGE AND CANCELLATION

1. Reservations can be changed not later than 60 days prior to the date of arrival, depending on the availability (of the time period or type of the pitches).
2. Reservations may be cancelled only in writing and cannot be cancelled by phone.
3. If you cancel your stay minimally 60 days before your arrival, your advance payment (100,00 €) will be refunded, minus the bank transfer charges.
4. In order to enable the campsite to make the refund, the guest will deliver the following data in writing:

• FULL NAME OF THE PAYER
• FULL HOME ADDRESS OF THE PAYER
• IBAN
• SWIFT/BIC
• NAME OF THE BANK
• BANK ADDRESS
